Ages 6-10
This term we will be exploring a variety of mixed-media art processes. From drawing to painting to sculpture – we will have fun playing with a lot of different materials while creating works of art!
As always, we will focus on the creative process and your child will leave each class with new skills and a unique piece of art they can be proud of.
The classes take place in Terri-Lynn’s studio near the waterpark in Hobsonville Point. The address will be given to you after you register your child.

PRIVATE LESSONS | ALL AGES | MONDAY OR WEDNESDAY
I offer flexible, private lessons for children who are interested in developing their drawing and painting skills. During a free, 45-minute consultation, I discover their creative interests in order to develop a custom learning plan and we conclude with a fun, mini-lesson. With one-to-one teaching, children see tremendous growth in their technical capabilities and gain greater confidence in their work while learning to express themselves creatively.
Private lessons cost $30 for 50 minutes and materials are not included. After the free consultation, I calculate material costs based on the projects identified in the custom learning plan. I am always transparent about the material costs and aim to keep the price as low as possible so that lessons are affordable for all families. For example, material costs for 6 lessons that have an emphasis on acrylic painting on canvas would be around $50.00 while classes that focus more on drawing and painting with watercolor or gouache would be approximately $30.00. Private lessons are available from Monday to Wednesday after school (occasional weekends) and if possible, I prefer that we book 4-6 lessons at a time in order to create a proper learning plan.
Sibling lessons and/or parent and child lessons are also available.
