Cancellation Policy for classes, workshops, holiday camps and teacher-only days at The Cardboard Castle:

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises, and we want to ensure your experience at The Cardboard Castle is as smooth as possible. To create a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Periods:

   • Early Cancellation: If your plans change, and you need to cancel yours or your child's registration at least 14 days before the event start date, we will happily provide a full refund.

   • Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the event start date, we offer a 50% refund of the event fee.

   • Last-Minute Cancellation: We understand that sometimes life's surprises happen at the last minute. Cancellations made within 6 days of the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:

   • Rest assured, we aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during registration. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations:

   • In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event schedule or, in extreme circumstances, cancel an event, we promise to notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to transfer yours or your child’s registration to another available event date or receive a full refund.

4. Communication:

   • To initiate a cancellation, kindly send a written request to contact@tlpapa.com with the subject line "Cancellation - [Your/Child's Name]." Please include yours or your child's full name, event date, and reason for cancellation.

5. Partial Attendance:

   • It's important to note that no refunds or discounts will be given for partial event attendance.

6. Medical or Emergency Exceptions:

   • If your need to cancel arises from a documented medical emergency or an unforeseen, exceptional circumstance, we're here to assist. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation, and we will assess such cases on an individual basis.
